Toronto’s mid-town condominium sales were robust in July. 51 condominium units sold in Rosedale, Yonge-St. Clair, Forest Hill and North Toronto during the month. Prices ranged between $200,000 and $1,200,000. July, 2015’s average price is $539,592, which represents a modest 1.03% rise from the same month in the previous year. The average number of days a property took to sell decreased from 26 to 21. What Toronto really needs are more projects featuring larger units for both growing families and established downsizers.
