Betty lived in a pretty North Toronto detached house for 25 years. Recently, she considered selling it and I helped her with her list of “to dos” before putting it on the market. One item on her list was to replace the locking mechanism on the front door. She had been suffering with its idiosyncrasies for years. Shortly after that and the other tasks were accomplished to ready the house for sale, her circumstances changed and for now she will continue living in the house.
“I should have fixed that front door years ago. I love the way it works so perfectly now!”
Why not fix that “broken lock” today and enjoy the time you spend living in your house?
